Projection of the Company

Company is fast growing and developing in real estate as a developer. Company is putting up projects every year and plan to grow steadily with the resources on hand. The promoters are holding land in and around Ahmedabad and they would like to convert them in residential and commercial complexes. The company wants to achieve sales turnover of Rs. 50.00 crores during 2012-13 and Rs. 150.00 crores during 2013-14 and Rs. 250.00 crores during 2014-15. The promoters are optimistic since their all projects are booked . The promoters hold good reputation and they have very good business contacts. The promoters are capable to market their units before they are actually launched. The company has booked many units in the upcoming projects before they are actually launched.
